Software Architect &
Full-Stack Engineer
I'm a software engineer and architect with a great passion for software architecture. Over 17 years I've architected and built software systems from the ground up, much of it in distributed, communication-heavy environments where services have to stay reliable while talking to each other constantly.
What draws me to this work is the part that comes before the code: understanding the domain, learning what the people using a system actually need, and turning that understanding into a design that holds up as requirements change.
I follow how the field evolves — architecture styles, integration patterns, the trade-offs behind them — and fold what proves useful into my own practice. Earning the CPSA-A® certification deepened exactly that: designing architectures, evaluating them against real constraints, and communicating the reasoning to the people who need to build on it.
